Child Support & Parenting in the United States

We know we are being taken for granted in this country when all of our natural abilities are not only under attack by the mainstream, but socially becoming unacceptable to think differently from any of the mainstreams opinion of things. These opinions turn into statutes and codes and ordinances that order a person to become something that they aren’t. People are far more intuitive then the establishment makes them out to be, and people are way more powerful then mainstream media portrays people to be.

When child support and the money is more important to the state, and their rules are more important for their books then how we are raising these children or are even able to see your own children, it’s hard to say that the fight is even worth the battle when it all comes down to money; the lack there of, and the fact that we in America are creating a whole lot of father wounds. Father wounds that otherwise could be avoided are being pummeled into the teachings of a society. And, while these children suffer from lack of support, the mental breaks down and it’s all being caused by the lack of love and support for families coming from your government and the paper that your currency is printed up on.

Not only doesn’t the establishment care weather or not you get to spend any time with your children, but they deem parents unfit to raise children and take them away from their true parents. Some of which are more loving then any state regulation could ever be made to support that child. The overreach when this happens is unbearable and dis-heartening to say the least. The overreach when they come to steal breast feeding children away from mothers is beyond scary when it’s being done, and the foster care for these kids are doing horrendous things to these kids behind the scenes.

I’d have to say that the establishment is far out of control in this manner, and are allowing for paid kidnapping, all to steal a child away from their natural parents. Are the rules shocking in the child support system? You have to decide that for yourselves.

Weather or not you get to see your child or not is of no consequence to how much you have to pay in child care, and while that child is getting a huge wounds growing up without a stable father and mother parenting situation, the other parents unable to see their own children are also getting child wounds, from not being able to see their own flesh and blood, the system takes into no account on weather or not a person feels as if they can carry on or not. In other words, they don’t care if they create more pain for you, the children or the parents, as long as they are making it hard to live, and taking your children away, they are also making it hard for people to breathe.

You are not a second class citizen, and nor should you be made to feel as if you are one. But, the government makes all fathers and mothers without their children feel as if they are worse then second class citizens. The governments many unnatural laws make parenting a nightmare, and the pain just spirals out of control in America.

In the same breath they will tell you that they want every child to be well taken care of, they are also leading fathers and mothers to lose their homes; their jobs, and their abilities to thrive when taking away their license to travel in this country, which, for most of us, means that you make less money then needed to survive while also trying to find some way to pay for child support; rent, and all the other payments that come along the way. It’s horrendous to think that one person can work a dead end job to support a family, let alone themselves. When the wage earnings aren’t even met for regular people with no children, how are people with children supposed to make ends meet? They are being left behind by the system in such a way that needs to be exposed for what it is doing, and not being padded with all the goodness that legality brings into the placement of you and your child’s life together, if you got to be with your child or your parent at all. The system being in favor of a lot of pain is a broken system.

Today, if you are court ordered to pay child support and those needs aren’t met, your driver’s license is taken away causing a person to fall further back on support when they lose their job/s. that rely on their travel to come into work. Not only will they take away your right to drive, but turn it into a mere privilege that is staking claims at your natural ability to thrive, but also setting people back from landing those desperately needed jobs. So, like most people, they try to think outside the box and come up with idea’s for starting new businesses and business models and we watch a whole world struggling to find their niche in life to carry the burdens that the states are throwing on the shoulders of many fathers and mothers, and even the children are feeling cast out and neglected. And as much as you could ever tell your child that you are not trying to neglect them, they are being 100% neglected at times throughout their lives, and in some cases, their whole lives.

Next, when you’re so far out on your child support and they’ve already taken away your license to drive, which took away your job / jobs, which took away the support they were asking you for. Isn’t it fair then to say that the system is taking away the money that would be going to their child when taking away a persons ability to get to work and continue paying the child support that you are being governed to pay? Wouldn’t it be fair to say that when you are working and get pulled over for admiralty laws, and you aren’t hurting anyone except potentially yourself by driving 5 over or 10 over the speed limit sign posted? And, wouldn’t it be fair to say that over time of getting your license taken away and losing job after job, in which case the system isn’t rigged against fathers or mothers who are struggling to continue to pay their portion of the care costs?

I personally don’t care if a person is driving a little fast as long as they aren’t hurting anyone or has the intent on hurting anyone and is trying to do the right thing… when you get pulled over left and right while trying to thrive and establish a life so that you can move forward in your payments and live, and this keeps setting you further back, it’s not as if the system is helping you get out from underneath. It’s fucking setting you there!

It’s a game that is 100% unfair to both parents and to the children of the parents placing fathers in jail for taking away their licenses to travel to the workplaces necessary to catch up on their payments. So, it’s a vicious cycle to say to someone that you are protecting their rights to thrive in this country while placing them into places that should be illegal to place them into over a debt that is well created and established by the governments policies on child support.

There is damning evidence that goes to show the economic struggle between the legal issues and how they are in clear conflict with a persons intellectual property, as well as placing them into bankruptcy, and denying the clear evidence that proves how they are taking away your costs of raising a child while legally forcing you to pay, and legally taking away your homes, jobs, your right to travel, and your ability to thrive. The costs of raising a child have gone up, but to the point to where they legally make it impossible, it would be an understatement to say that the game in play for the rights of fathers is far beyond rigged against them.

When they are placing people in jail for non-payment of an issued child support order, which they ultimately create by taking away your rights to travel when you just started a new job and just started to pay child support and back child support. The father is left to finding a second job or a second income while the first 40 hour week is basically leaving you with nothing at the end of the week to even pay for gas to get to that job. The system is gouging fathers when they are able to do this to people, and get away with it with no proper representation for the fathers or the mothers that are having this happen to, and certainly is not fair to that child or children.

If you know your rights that means that you’ll also know the limitations of the corporation you’re dealing with. It doesn’t matter if they are state corporations or private corporations, and if you know your rights, you cannot oppress a people… because you can only oppress a people that don’t know their rights.

So I’m going to teach to people that child support is 100% unconstitutional and is not allowed to be pushed by the states. “States are required to have quasi-judicial or administrative systems to expedite the process for obtaining and enforcing child support order.”

So what is Quasi-Judicial mean? It means, “the action or discretion of the public administrative officers who are required to investigate, facts or ascertain the existence of facts and draw conclusions from them as a basis of their official actions. 1411.

So what is an administrative officer? An administrative officer is, “an officer of the executive branch of government, generally one of inferior rank, legally a ministerial or executive official as distinguished from a judicial officer 67.”

“Thus, the advantages of an administrative process are very compelling. These include offering service because documents do not have to be filed with the court clerk nor await the signature of the judge.” So that tells us that child support is Administrative.

So, what is Administrative? “An Administrative Procedure is a method by which support orders are made and enforced by an executive agency, rather than by the courts and judges.” Therefore, this executive agency issuing court orders are not the judicial branch. Remember, there are legislative, executive and judicial branches of government. The child support agency is run under the Executive branch thus making it Administrative and not Judicial.

Out of the Georgia State Constitution it states in Article I Section II, Paragraph V. “What acts void. Legislative acts in violation of this Constitution or the Constitution of the United States are void, and the judiciary shall so declare them unconstitutional,” and Article III Section VI. Exercise of Powers Paragraph I/ General Powers. “The General Assembly shall have the power to make all laws not inconsistent with this Constitution, and repugnant to the Constitution of the United States. “

Found under Florida State Constitution Article 1, Section 18, states, “Administrative penalties. No Administrative Agency, except the Department of Military Affairs in an appropriately convened court-martial actions as provided by law, shall impose a sentence of imprisonment, nor shall it impose any other penalty, (which means your child support as well as any other imposed admiralty law) except as provided by law.

Because the child support office is ran under the executive branch of government not the judicial branch which makes it an administrative procedure, not a judicial procedure. Remember, it states that no states shall impose any other penalty or place you in jail.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has ruled;

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General vs. Packer Twonship, Packer Township Board of Supervisors, 49 A.3d 495, (Pa. Cmnwlth. July 12, 2012) (No. 423 M.D. 2009). “The Constitution recognizes and protects the rights of individual human beings, not local governments. Municipal corporations are creatures of the state and only have the powers granted to them by the Legislature, which has supreme power over municipalities.”

Therefore the county child support agency is in fact a municipal corporation for profit and it is separate from government. It does not have constitutional rights, YOU DO!

I only believe that government is washing away peoples rights for profit, I am not advocating that a person doesn’t support their child or children, I am only advocating to people that they know their rights when these states corporations are acting in color of law, but it isn’t law when it is protecting the states and not the people for pure profit on the backs of other peoples suffering.

It’s truly sad that people don’t know their rights, because people are being brainwashed into slavery and into a curmudgeonly clever scheme thought up to continue to put people on their road to enslavement and bankruptcy or death.

Child Support: What They Can Not Do

When I’m asking people to read something that I’ve worked on, it’s asking them to do the research on their own. Don’t simply take my word for it, don’t take anybodies word for anything unless you do your own research and you find that what I’m saying to be true or false, then we can make a discussion about it and provide more into the common consensus of the common people, and their common good.

Under Article 1
Rights And Privileges

1. All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.
2. a.) All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, whenever the public may good may require it.
   b.) The people reserve unto themselves the power to recall, after at least one year of service, any elected official in this State or representing this State in the United States Congress. The legislature shall enact laws to provide for such recall elections. Any such laws shall include a provision that a recall election shall be held upon petition of at least 25% of the registered voters in the electoral district of the official sought to be recalled. If legislation to implement this constitutional amendment is not enacted within one year of the adoption of the amendment, the Secretary of State shall, by regulation, implement the constitutional amendment, except that regulations adopted by the Secretary of State shall be superceded by any subsequent legislation consistent with this constitutional amendment governing recall elections. The sufficiency of any statement of reason or ground procedurally required shall be a political rather than a judicial question.
3. No persons shall be deprived of the inestimable privilege of worshipping Almighty God in a manner agreeable to the dictates of his own conscience; nor under any pretense whatever be compelled to attend any place of worship contrary to his faith and judgment; nor shall any person be obligated to pay tithes, taxes, or other rates for building or repairing any church or churches, place or places of worship, or for the maintenance of any minister, contrary to what he believes to be right or has deliberately and voluntarily engaged to perform.

So in other words the government was initiated and put in place to protect you, and right now it is not protecting you. Therefore, the state who is allowed to operate under the Child Support jurisdiction has now violated it’s constitution as a whole, and has violated its own limitations. Now remember the Bill of Rights. I’ll repeat this if you need me to, the people’s rights do not come from the Constitution. These are limitations of the government and it’s the sign from the government to leave people alone. But, furthermore, I’m going to show you how they are getting away with bloody murder, and how we the people keep consenting and allowing them to do it. They are in violation of their own creation.

In the Federal Manual of Child Support, it tells us that the State is out of State funds. Page 3, Section 8 tells us that in 1996, Public Law 104-193, the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, abolished AFDC and related programs and replaced them with the TANF block programs or (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)

These programs are for the people that go to their government and ask them for help.

Under this law, each State must operate a Child Support Enforcement Program meeting Federal requirements in order to be eligible for TANF funds. ( So don’t get it twisted folks… Welfare is Federally funded. ) In addition to abolishing the AFDC, Public Law 104-193 they made about 50 changed to the Child Support Enforcement Program, many of them major. These changes include requiring States to increase the percentage of non-custodial parents identified as fathers, establishing an integrated, automated network linking all States to information about the location and assets of parents, requiring States to implement more enforcement techniques, and revising the rules governing the distribution of past due (arrearage) child support payments to former recipients of public assistance.

Again, if the government is not issued to protect and secure your interest as something the people can benefit from, it is unconstitutional and ceases discretion onto the people that it serves. There sure as hell isn’t any security and there sure as hell isn’t a benefit to the republic for which they are working hard against. As far as protection and you goes, they are obviously not offering you any protection. So since the State is getting Federally funded to run a muck over people, the State is taking money from the Federal Government to not do their jobs. They are in violation of their own creation, the constitution of the United States has been thwarted over to the Constitution of The United States CORPORATION.

So what does the word require mean in the Blacks law book dictionary? And it reads, “to direct, order, demand instruct, command, claim, compel, request, need, exact 1469”

So if the Federal Government is ordering, demanding, or instructing the States to do something, that is an act of collusion and I suggest that you look that one up.

Collusion is an agreement between two or more parties, sometimes illegal and therefore secretive, to limit open competition by deceiving, misleading, or defrauding others of their legal rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typically by defrauding or gaining an unfair market advantage.

“These changes include requiring States to increase the percentage of non-custodial parents identified as fathers,” we have to see what their term of identity means in the Blacks Law Book Dictionary.

Identity: sameness in the law of evidence, the fact that a “subject” “person” or “thing” before the court is the same as it represented, claimed or charged to be. 880.

Free: “not sunject to” the “legal” constraint of another, unconstrainted having the power to follow the dictates of his own free will. 791.

You already know what a person is, in the Blacks Law Book a person is a corporation. So what is a thing?

Thing: the object of a right, whatever is treated by the laws as the object over which one person and or persons lies a duty. 1694.

Succeed in Blacks Law Book States, Devolution from title to property under the law of distribution.

So what is a Subject? A Subject is one who owes allegiance to a sovereign, and is governed by “his” laws. 1594.

So you are not a subject unless you consent to following its laws and voluntarily yielding your will to the proposition of another. That is what it means to consent.

What does it mean when you are “subject to” something? You are liable, subordinate, subservient, inferior, obedient to. 1594.

Sur Name: the family name. 1612.

If the government was instituted to be as of a protection to your human rights, then why is your government requiring States to implement more enforcement techniques and revising the rules of governing? It’s not to protect you in your rights at all, but it is set up to deprive you of those rights. The Child Support Enforcements Program has just hung themselves, and you now have remedy by due course of law. Remember, the government should be open for every injury that it has done to him, or them, and the government was instituted to be as of a protection to your human rights, but in the same sentence your government is requiring more governments and those governments to implement more enforcement techniques to keep on enslaving a generation of idiots.

Let me ask you something? Are these Child Support Enforcements a Protection of your Human Rights? Nope. They aren’t! And as a matter of fact these techniques are prohibited by the Constitution. The Bill of Rights does not give you your rights. The Bill of Rights tells the government what it can or cannot do. And what it cannot do, is exactly what they are doing. The Bill of Rights tells the government what is cannot do.

For an example if the Bill of Rights Stated that “no person shall be imprisoned for debt in any action, or on any judgement founded upon contract, unless in case of fraud; nor shall any person be imprisoned for a militia fine in time of peace.” If it states that, then how can it imprison fathers that it just threw off the bus of being able to drive? How can it do that to fathers and you can still look up to big government as if it’s holding any power of protecting you in your rights. It’s not! It never has been if you asked me, and they won’t, because the only law this world is devoid of, is love. Its love they fraud, and its love they fake.

Child Support is a contract and you agreed to that contract either by coercion or influence of someone else. But, you agreed to it, when they pressured you into signing that contract. Remember, they need a signature to make any money from you or make the loans happen, so they need your signature also to take away any future money from you, and they don’t tell you which is concealing facts from you that would ultimately get you to make another decision aside from their contract when aside from that contract, now what they are going to do to you.

They made an agreement and because you didn’t come through with your side of that agreement, they hit you with fraud even though you’re not the one doing anything fraudulent, but they are… they get away with it because you don’t know these things, and you don’t know your rights. When it comes to the terms within their legal definitions of things, they are in 100% violation of their own rules and regulation, not to mention their laws. They also bypass all the constitutional prohibitions of what they are doing when they are said to increase the percentage of non-custodial parents identified as fathers. This basically states that they want a higher number of parents that aren’t able to see their children who are paying child support.

If you go back to your Constitution It states, “We, the people of the States, grateful to Almighty God for the civil and religious liberty which He hath so long permitted us to enjoy, and looking Him for a blessing upon our endeavors to secure and transmit the same unimpaired to succeeding generation, do ordain and establish Constitution.

If they aren’t helping you become established, they are working on your disenfranchisements and other ways of demolishing those rights covertly, as a secret to attack people on every side of the coin and not just one. Not allow them the chance to make it. Not allow them the job to pay what they are court ordered to pay. Not allow them the chance to move without them somehow stopping you or taking away the will to succeed.

I am grateful to Almighty God for my religious liberty, and I will not allow the government to keep allowing for these automated crimes to continue to happen, and allow the CIA to continue pushing their agendas over the people, and it’s not helping us folks. They’re hurting us all in ways, that some people can’t even begin to know, because their brains are too far gone from their own chemicals. Their own adherence if you will of what is reality and what is a fake reality. But I can surely tell people what is the fake one and it is the one we are currently living and trying to free ourselves from, because we are steadily hurting more and more throughout the years and it is being done to us, we aren’t doing this to ourselves, but there is a way of living that is being planted over humanity and it hurts to watch it in all of its corrupt and sick ways just completely start to eat away and the regeneration of our cells, our healing processes, and the real-time life that people used to have.

I’m sick of this establishment playing god as if God isn’t doing His job when He is. I can’t say the same for a lot of my fellow men and woman, and a lot of children are being hurt by their own parents not teaching them a thing about discipline, or educating them correctly while the world is throwing these children away. Furthermore, I am ashamed to call myself an American, because of what I witnessed that has gone on over in Iraq and other wars that you all take part in. Bleeding the world out for this so called freedom, I don’t care why you’ve done it, if you were coerced into it or you wanted to do it, you’ve done some terrible things in other countries for money and you come back here and find out how we’re all slaves. And you see shit differently after doing what you’ve done, and you remit your mistakes in your heart and it’s all in front of Him. He sees what you’ve done and knows your heart, and the lot of which is dead in this world. I can hear the sounds like fire in my heart when I think of the rage that this world just creates for its fictional characters of made up role playing government games over peoples lives.

We tell ourselves that this isn’t real, and that we just want to go home, or find our lives like we want them to be again, but they never will be, and not because we didn’t follow God, but because they didn’t, and they murdered, and they kill. And now, they want to kill us, because we speak the truth! Shame on you! Shame on the lot of you! These are dead people. DEAD PEOPLE! And you my friends are all pronounced DEAD AT BIRTH with your birth certificates and I’m trying to explain this to people that just aren’t listening. They’re asleep! They don’t want to hear it from me! They don’t care to hear it at all, but they are helping the system take care of us, and boy are they going to take care of us all… We’ll follow orders all the way to the grave if they can get just the right medications in us, they can do whatever they want to do.

People have to stop giving allegiance to a government that is shadow and dark. The shit to the truth is going dark and so are the mainstreams. I’m not so sure it’s going to be too good for us to start displaying the real news. When the real news would send people into a death spiral because of the shit they are getting away with. It’s absurd.

When God created us, he created man in his image and likeness… he didn’t say he created a herbivore or a corporation or a thing or a subject. He said he created man in his image and likeness.

I am Matthew Merdan and I want people to be aware that there is a proper and peaceful solution to the tyranny and oppression that you are suffering by. And it’s using the same power of assertion that they use on you without violence and with a pen and a paper and writing your affidavits and placing them on a lien against their own wrong-doings, and stopping them in their tracks. If you don’t stop them or get proper representation in the courts, or for your families or the victims of the assault over your livelihoods, you will become the ones that get the oppression as the government is now working swiftly against people and against their human life from thriving or getting out from under.

Inherent Power: authority possessed without an artificial “persons” 913.

Child support has five main streams of financing them, and in five major ways.

The fifth stream of child support financing is money obtained through application fees and costs recovered from nonwelfare families. Now,according to their documentation the Child Support Enforcements Agency must charge an application fee, not to exceed $25, for families not on welfare.

Okay, so if 1,000,000 of people went down to get an application and paid the fees required for their offspring, and they charge each family $25. That is $25,0000,0000 for the financing of their operation and is not in favor of you or your child.

We will also talk about the facts on what the Supreme Court says about what the Chld Support Enforcements are doing.

Allow me to show you a few case laws.

Clearfield Trust vs. United States, 318 U.S. 363,369 (1943), the U.S. Supreme Court states that “government descend to the level of a mere private corporation, and that all the character of a mere private citizen where private commercial paper, notes & securities are concerned, for purposes of suit such corporations and individuals are regarded as an entity entirely separate from the government.”

So therefore since they are charging $25 for an application fee, they will accept a private commercial paper, or notes… and because they are accepting a private corporations notes the Federal Reserve Notes, they are regarded as something of an entity entirely separate from the government. They are accepting these paper notes because they are selling you something. Please don’t forget that the government was instituted to protect man and his property and/or his rights. The government was also instituted to be a protection of those rights and the people, and the people who created the government. So of course you can see how they would unfairly askew the game in their own favor. Now also remember the government derives its powers from the consenting of the governed. So, you are consenting with them, and you are consenting to do business with them.

So again that $25 dollar application fee, once they’ve accepted that note from the people, they regard you as a separate entity from the government, and you can sue them on that alone… article 11983 under the deprivation of rights under the color of law, and failure to present, neglect and the whole 9 yards. So when you accept child supports application fees you know that child support is for Profit Corporation and not for the republic or the people. And now that they are willing to take private commercial notes for this fact as well, as something they forgot to nail in the coffin, is the mistakes that when the Supreme Courts stated that governments have entered the world of commerce – that they are subject to any of the same burdens that of a corporation. Now you got them by the balls, and there is no ifs ands or buts about it. Now you have a remedy.

This is short and sweet and to the point, but I want to teach people how to tactically attack the abusers and attackers, and how to use your enemies own force against them, and eventually it will come to a head. Child Support is a for business and for profit corporation and can be sued in court as well as any other business because it is acting solely on its own to exhaust families from staying together or working out their money issues. It is made to exhaust the parents so that there are more single parents and less families that stay together means more illegal profits and illegal scams over people to be put into play here. Way too many for profit schemes in hurting a people rather then helping them, and God isn’t killing you fast enough, so that is where your big ‘ol government gets its big ‘ol head from.

If you can take their own knowledge of power and use it against them and find the ways they’ve exhausted themselves by making a mockery out of its people, and you’re tired of the ways that the government has treated you. I don’t care where you are or what you are doing, I want you to share my messages to the people so that the people can start to learn the facts on why we as people are feeling further and further into stress and pain then we ever needed to be before. The government will not exhaust its efforts until it gets what it wants, and nor should you, the people that should have more power within your governments as you are the natural living man, woman and children. You are not the fictional characters they are making you out to be.

& United States vs. Burr 309 U.S. 242 the Supreme Court states “when governments enter into a world of commerce, they are subject to the same burdens as any private firm or corporation.”
