Stopped by a local brewery for lunch
Me and some friends decided to go out to the north side of Chicago to grab some lunch from one of our favorite breweries, Half Acre. These guys have some of the best craft beer in Chicago and they also serve some really good food to go with their beer. Today I had a fried chicken burrito that was loaded with some of their spicy fried chicken, mac n cheese, spicy aoli, and coleslaw. I gotta say, if you are ever in Chicago I highly recommend checking them out. They are located on Lincoln ave. just south of Montrose.
They also offer tours of their brewery, and right next door they have a gift shop stocked with beer and merch, as well as a bunch of other locally made Chicago stuff. This includes some of the best coffee Chicago has to offer, roasted by Dark Matter Coffee. And they also carry a nice selection of hot sauces from my favorite sauce company Co-Op hot sauce.
