Yes, you guess it... I hit the gym for an hour today and just finished my 40 minute Infrared Sauna session at the crib. 🤣
I need to use this badboy more often! I'm thinkin' about doing this 2-3 times a week til' the end of the year.

how hot can those get?
used one but it was a bad model I think which never got really hot.
Why you wearing a cap in the sauna??

This is a LUX Sauna version. It gets to 140 but it’s infrared so it get much hotter than a regular one.
Had it about 10 years and they range from $1000-$2000 depending on size. You can google it. 😀
I’m a weird dude, I like to wear baseball caps in saunas and wear shades indoors 🤣😂

Nice! I started eating 1 meal a day recently, been working out well. Doing infrared in this vegas summer heat is intense 😁
Really? Yeah, I do the OMAD about 3-4 times a week for years. It works but I still eat like shit when doing them with vodka shots lol

Do you eat 2 meals a day the other 2-3 days? What do you think about OMAD every day except gym days, and eating 2 meals during gym days?
