A Hand Up not a Handout
Some people are very hard working people, but days like this happen and they have no savings. This family makes their living through fishing. One whole end of a very small house went into the sea while they slept.
I have dedicated this Steemit account to help out in such occasions. As you can see from my wallet, I have 116 Steem and 21 SBD. This equals about $60 and I have $50 more I will add to the pot.
We need about $300 US dollars to get the place livable again. $500 would make it nice.
Are there some Steemians who would like to join me in helping this family with 3 young kids out?

Going pretty good. Some sent Steem, some sbd. I had some in savings plus some PayPal. About $260 US
