Should we spend our aprox 250 US $ to buy the first device now?
Or should we wait for XMAS and buy everything together.
With Option (1) we can already show the impact of this group and this might engange more people to interact here until XMAS
With Option (2) the price of LTC, AMP, Steem might go up until december and already collected cryto-coins have simply more purchasing power.

Buy one tablet as soon as possible
You don't know how the prices will be by that time, might be up, but could be down as well. I'd say get one now, you'll probably get more donations in the meanwhile anyways.
I agree with you if ltc goes to like 90-100 buy a tablet
I spent 3 Steem$ to promote this post and try to get more discussion :). As it is an important decision for this project.

Buy one before Christmas and one now. Both of them will be useful for one or other reason and you will see which purchase was more profitable.

Wait till black friday to get a good deal, talk with a manufacturer directly as well, tell them your project/cause. A lot of companies love helping out.
