A couple of groups to look for on steemit, @adsactly (A.D.S.A.C.T.L.Y = Autonomous Decentralized Society Acting Cooperatively to Leverage You! - We Have exactly what you're looking for when you need it MOST!) - They are a group of individuals that may be of particular help and assistance to you getting established, and name recognition. The other one is @stach, (STACH is a community innovation Hub in Port Harcourt, Nigeria powered by STEEM to decentralize the offline.), I do not know a lot about these groups other than they seem to be very willing to help people once they get established.
