Hey there!

The pond may look a little gloomy, but I however am NOT! 🙂

I might technically be a day late for “daily”, but that’s ok, I have an excellent reason!

My cats are back home!
They went missing in the forest THREE MONTHS AGO and are finally back with me! So thankful for the help of strangers for getting them back to me!
There ARE more good people out there than bad, I swear! ❤️

Finally feeling settled here now.

Also, someone mentioned sciatica pain recently. It reminded me to keep doing this yoga move daily to PREVENT my own sciatica!

I think I might cut caffeine this month while I’m at it.
I’ve been drinking crazy amounts of green tea for a year or two, and I think I’ve finally managed to get myself a little hooked on the caffeine aspect of it. Plus without sugar it’s not very exciting, so I’ll probably be drinking less either way.
