Changelly - Awesome Crypto Exchange app
Unfortunately I am rather new to cryptocurrency, but glad to be on board. So as a new person I have tons to learn and want to share some of the stuff that I find to be extremely useful. You can use changelly to exchange a huge variety of tokens. Till now I have exchanged xem, gnt, gno and ether. Exchange is very fast and simple.

Example: You want to change your ether to Golem Network token.
- Write down how much ether you want to sell for GNT token.
2)Changelly calculates the amount of corresponding GNT tokens including the transaction fees. - Make sure that the exchange rate is good
- When you click exchange , website asks for the wallet address which you want your GNT's to be transferred to.
- Changelly gives you an adress for you to transfer your ethers to.
- You insert the address and transfer your ethers to the changelly account.
- Your GNT tokens are sent to your GNT wallet.
Warning : Fiat currency to crypto has horrible exchange rates. Don't kill the website over those rates. Crypto - Crypto is the best in my opinion.

the only problem for me with shapeshift is that you cant shapeshift XEM
I haven't used that one yet, but I've used ShapeShift and Poloniex to go from one coin to another.
Thank you and Hi :) I wonder whether you can help me. Recently, I used Changelly to exchange BTC for ETC. Inadvertently, I made a mistake typing in the address of my ETC wallet (i.e. a 3 instead of a 2). Changelly informed me that the 'transaction is complete, nevertheless, I have no ETC in my wallet. What can I do? Thanks in advance.
Steem-friends, does anyone know how one can contact the support team at Changelly.com? I am having continual issues with my transactions which, although Changelly advises me that the transaction is complete, I have not received my respective coins (MAID & GOLEM). Also, if there is anyone in the community who could assist me 1-2-1 in getting my head around cryptocurrencies, and wallet management, I could pay for their services. Peace
