While reading your post, I couldn't stop thinking that you were making an almost exact description of the philosophy that governs my community.

We consider practically as a requirement, the interaction between users. A valuable comment can become an addition or even a valuable complement to the post itself.

At Project Hope Hive we encourage our members and subscribers to interact with each other.

... but engage with the people who create real content. Ask questions. Offer encouragement. Share ideas. Debate. Add supplemental information. Do something to show authors they are getting human eyes on their work.
