Thanksgiving Challenge: Day One
Dear Brethren,
Greetings to y'all!
So, this evening on the #flaminghelpers discord channel. Our beloved sister @seyiodus posted a link to this post created by @ponmile and encouraged everyone to participate.
I was so excited & decided to join. It's an opportunity to share with the body of Christ, what the Lord has done for me & will continue doing in my life, family and friends. I nominate myself to share at least three things daily, that I am grateful for, for the next seven days on my blog.
Luke 17:17
Jesus asked, "were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?
I don't want to be like the 9 ungrateful lepers so here are the things that I am thankful for today.
1...Divine Healing: I got a call from home this morning about my Mum that she was rushed to the hospital. I couldn't concentrate at work, but God being God, she is okay now and back at home. I am so thankful to God for healing and touching my Mum.
2....Going out and Coming in: I live in a city where accidents occur daily especially by taxi drivers, but I am thankful that God has always preserved my going out and coming in. It is not by my power, but by the special grace of God. I am so thankful Lord!
3....Protection: I hear news of people been hit by stray bullet from no where, but God has always kept me. I have never fallen victim of any circumstances. I am thankful Lord!
4....Additional Certificate: Last year, I enrolled for a PGD. It wasn't easy, but God did it. Thank you Lord for helping me acquire an additional certificate. Who would have done this, if not for God? I am so thankful
5.....Divine Health: I can't remember the last time that I visited the hospital. God has promised us divine health and I am a living testimony. I am thankful that I have divine health.
