Lifestyle challenge week #129 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #129
Hello,
I was on the road again for 4 days this week and it looks like it will repeat itself next week. The economic development does not look particularly good and one expects that there will be a crisis in the next months / years.
This week I also had to give up something for work, which took a lot of time. I was therefore only once in the gym where I trained my back. I usually go in the morning and avoid the afternoons. There are so many people there in the afternoon. I'm walking because I got a Fitbit as a gift. My child has to get out too and that helps a little bit to health.
For my main project came bills that I had to pay again. This is very tiring in the long run because it tightens our finances. My goal for this year is consolidation.
Unfortunately I didn't play poker. My plan is to start next week.
There was nothing special on Steem, just a small price increase. Let's see if we can reach the $ 1 / Steem.

diese Woche war ich wieder 4 Tage unterwegs und es sieht so aus, das es sich nächste Woche es wiederholen wird. Die wirtschaftlcihe Entwicklung sieht nict besonders gut aus und man erwartet das in den nächsten Monate/Jahre es eine Krise geben wird.
Diese Woche musste ich auch etwas für die Arbeit abgeben was mich sehr viel Zeit gekostet hat. Ich war deswegen nur einmal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich den Rücken trainiert habe. Ich gehe meistens am Morgen und vermeide die Nachmittage. Es sind so viele Leute Nachmittags da. War spazieren weil ich ein Fitbit bekommen habe. Mein Kind muss auch raus und das hilft auch ein bisschen zur Gesundheit.
Für mein Hauptprojekt kammen wieder Rechnungen die ich zahlen musste. Das ist sehr anstrengend auf Dauer weil es unsere Finanzen stark anspannt. Mein Ziel für dieses Jahr ist eine Konsolidierung.
Poker habe ich leider nicht gespielt. Mein Plan ist ab nächste Woche zu starten.
Auf Steem gab es nichts besonderes, nur ein kleines Preisanstieg. Mal sehen ob wir den 1$/Steem erreichen können.
