Lifestyle challenge week #107 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #107
Hello,
I thought I would have a slightly easier week because of the holidays and the day off on Thursday. Unfortunately it was not so, on the contrary, a lot of stress at work where I had to do a lot, even on the day off.
I was on the road for 3 days this week where I just thought it would be a maximum of two. For next week I have planned 4 days.
I was able to train well again and was 5 times to the gym where I trained as usual and in the following order: back, legs, chest, stomach and shoulder. In the back and shoulder I have the most problems that I would like to improve by exercising.
I did not do anything for the main project this week. Because of the stress at work, I can not concentrate here to get things done.
I also have no time to deal with smaller projects. The second project in addition to the main project is Steem where I still invest time, but not as much as before. It is also due to the ROI. Sure, some will complain here, which I do not care, but for me the time costs a lot of money and I wish that I will become millionaire in time.

Ich dachte ich werde eine etwas leichtere Woche haben, wegen den Ferien und den freien Tag am Donnerstag. Es war leider nicht so, ganz im Gegenteil, viel Stress auf der Arbeit wo ich sehr viel tun musste, auch an dem freien Tag.
Ich war diese Woche 3 Tage unterwegs wo ich nur dachte das es maximal zwei werden. Für nächste Woche habe ich mir 4 Tage geplant.
Ich konnte wiedermal gut trainieren und war 5 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich wie üblich und in der folgende Reihenfolge trainiert habe: Rücken, Beine, Brust, Bauch und Schulter. Beim Rücken und Schulter habe ich die meisten Probleme die ich durch trainieren verbessern möchte.
Für den Hauptprojekt habe ich diese Woche nichts gemacht. Wegen den Stress auf der Arbeit kann ich hier mich nicht konzentrieren um die Sachen zu erledigen.
Ich habe auch keine Zeit mich mit kleineren Projekte zu befassen. Das zweite Projekt neben dem Hauptprojekt ist Steem wo ich noch Zeit investiere, aber nicht mehr so viel wie früher. Es liegt auch an den ROI. Klar werden hier einige meckern können, was mir egal ist, aber für mich die Zeit kostet viel Geld und ich wünsche mir das ich Millionär in Zeit werde.
