I like tech, but I’m not technical. I like new things and I’m not afraid to try them when given the chance. This is originally why I chose to come onto Steemit, it was a different animal from all the ‘rest’ and it was new. And things have just been rolling along for me since that time, nearly 2 months now.

Social media has so many different vehicles these days and the way one interacts and feels comfortable is not the way the next person will. Having a forum/message board style interface on top of the Steem blockchain could enhance this community as a whole. Add to this, the different vehicles to ride around in that are already around and being developed like; Zappl, eSteem, Steepshot and the complete picture starts to be seen.

So with all that being said, this post was posted from ChainBB itself and you are likely seeing it and interacting with it on Steemit, which is why this is all so awesome. That’s my point!

I just signed-in to ChainBB after reading multiple posts on steemit.com advertising the new development from @jesta.
This site is very intuitive and simple to use which is a big plus. I will certainly spend more time here.

I think it's good to get more information about chainBB on here. I used it to post on the cryptoctopus thread as well but I'm not really sure what the benefits are of using it vs.just using steemit.
I agree @jeezzle . To me at least, it's a different format and way to interact on Steem. The Steemit interface is more familiar, because that's what we've all been using til now, but the message board flavor of chainBB is more familiar in other ways, and will likely appeal to many who were using forums long before most social media platforms even existed. Organizational capability is a key in a lot of this and ChainBB may just be 'IT'.

I read the same post. I was trying to login at ChainBB, but it did not work. It said that I was using the wrong WIF key. I am sure I used my correct user name and my posting key. Checked and double checked.
Did you click private next to your posting key? You have to click private in order to reveal your actual posting key.
So not the one that starts with 'ST..?
Correct. If it starts with ST....... it's the wrong key.

Thanks @miss.kat. I only heard of it a few days ago myself. It is in the most simplest of terms, a different interface to see the Steemit posts and interact with them.
