Very true wilx! The promotion of these low quality vegetable oils and hydrogenated fats such as margarine are in no small part major contributors to the very health problems they were purported to prevent. Coconut oil, olive oil, and butter from grass-fed cows are much healthier choices. Thanks for posting on this important health topic.
