Regarding the closing question, I am definitely all for it. Minorities deserve same rights and responsibilities.
And just in case you (reader) might be a minorityphobe, just consider isolated minorities may group into larger congregations, which may group into much larger non-geographical communities. They will organize themselves to take over G20 directive and will eventually conquer the world. When the moment finally comes, no one wants to be that person who voted against.
