[ESP][ENG]ROLLOS DULCES / SWEET ROLLS

The golfeados or sweet rolls, are typical breads of Venezuelan cuisine are made in the form of snails and within these snails, you can place pieces of papelón causing an explosion of flavor in the mouth, this sweet has a certain resemblance to Cinnamon Rolls, but only in its form of snail, because the rest is very different. In Venezuela it is very common to find it in bakeries for consumption.
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:

Medio kilo de harina de trigo / Half a kilo of wheat flour | 4 cucharadas de mantequilla / 4 tablespoons of butter | Un huevo / One egg |

Una taza de azúcar / One cup of sugar | ||
Una taza de leche tibia / One cup of warm milk | ||
Media taza de aceite / Half a cup of oil | ||
2 cucharadas de levadura / 2 tablespoons of yeast |
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION:
LA MASA:
Primero se debe tamizar la harina para eliminar los grumos y hacer que la masa quede suave, agregar la azúcar juntos con la levadura luego mezclar muy bien, integrar el aceite y los dos huevos y mezclar, agregar la leche tibia y mezclar hasta conseguir una masa elástica, enharinar el mesón y amasar por unos 10 minutos consecutivos hasta obtener una masa que se despegue de los dedos, dejar reposar 1 hora.
THE MASS:
First sift the flour to eliminate the lumps and make the dough soft, add the sugar together with the yeast then mix very well, integrate the oil and the two eggs and mix very well, add the warm milk and mix until you get an elastic dough, flour the counter and knead for about 10 consecutive minutes until you get a dough that comes off the fingers, let it rest for 1 hour.
EL RELLENO:
Para rellenar es necesario desgasificar la masa y estirarla en el mesón (estírala en forma de rectángulo) engrasa de mantequilla la masa estirada dejando 4 cm sin engrasar, luego agregar el papelón rallado, enrollar y el espacio de masa que no engrasaste humedéceselo con agua y termina de enrollar. Marca con un cuchillo círculos de 4 cm aproximadamente, corta los círculos y colócalos en una bandeja enharinada.
THE FILLING:
To fill, degas the dough and stretch it out on the counter (stretch it into a rectangle), grease the stretched dough with butter, leaving 4 cm ungreased, then add the grated papelón, roll it up and the space of dough that you did not grease, wet it with water and finish rolling it up. Use a knife to make circles of approximately 4 cm, cut out the circles and place them on a floured tray.
LA COBERTURA:
Mezclar un huevo con el papelón y engrasar todos los círculos con la mezcla de forma uniforme, precalentar el horno a unos 200º c y hornear por un lapso de 30 minutos.
THE COVERAGE:
Mix one egg with the papelón and grease all the circles with the mixture evenly, preheat the oven to about 200º c and bake for 30 minutes.
Con esos pasos obtienes unos ricos rollos dulces, perfecto para acompañarlos con café.
With those steps you get some nice sweet rolls, perfect to accompany them with coffee.
