Cómo se que tengo artrosis
El primer síntoma es el DOLOR al mover la articulación. El cartílago que recubre la articulación está desgastado por lo que al mover , esto provoca dolor.
CRUJE la articulación al moverse por ese desgaste. Por ejemplo la rótula al subir escaleras.
HINCHAZÓN de la articulación.
RIGIDEZ al levantarnos o después de tiempo en la misma posición nos cuesta arrancar y mover la articulación afectada .
El dolor no es constante pero nos va limitando la vida cotidiana.
Es una enfermedad crónica. Es decir no tiene cura. Es para siempre.
Suena mal pero es así. El cartílago se desgasta y eso así se queda. Es dentro de la articulación.
Pero éstos síntomas si se pueden tratar , para que no nos produzca dolor , rigidez, hinchazón...y que no vaya a más.
Ya os cuento más cosas de ésta enfermedad tan frecuente y a la vez tan desconocida.
Yo por lo que veo la gente del norte de España padece bastante de artrosis. Sera debido a la humedad del clima?
