Conserva de Coco
¡Buenas tardes queridos steemians!
Continuando con mis dulces de coco, hoy les traigo la receta de “Conserva de Coco con panela” muy rica y gusta mucho, sobre todo a los más pequeños de la casa.
Ingredientes:
2 cocos pequeños
1 panela pequeña
2 tazas de agua
Canela entera
Preparación:
Primeramente se extrae el coco de la cáscara y se ralla, se reserva.
En un caldero se pone la panela con el agua y al derretirse se le agrega el coco rallado y la ramita de canela, con una paleta de madera se mueve hasta que empiece a hervir, espese y se despegue del caldero.
Luego en una lámina de papel parafinado y con una cuchara vas colocando tus conservas, yo utilice papel aluminio, improvisé por falta del papel parafinado y de igual forma quedaron muy bien.
También se puede verter la preparación en una bandeja, dejas reposar hasta que enfríe y luego se cortan del tamaño deseado.

Definitivamente amo las conservas de coco (coquitos los llamo), es el dulce tradicional que más me fascina además del arroz con coco y el dulce de lechosa; gracias a ti podré intentar hacerlos algún día.
