The quality of light on Human Beings
Humanity was made under the conditions of daylight. Light has affected humans for thousands of years. Our Lord God said: THAT THE LIGHT BE DONE, AND THERE WAS LIGHT.
One of the creators of the electric light was Thomas Edison. Allowing through this invention that humans could have light both day and night, ie 24 hours.
That is why I took on the task of investigating how light has affected human beings:
The great majority of adults today, because they are about to work in a workplace, can only count on artificial light, losing the enjoyment of natural light. Affecting this situation the life of human beings.
We can divide the effects of light into 3 categories
• Emotional, visual and biological
The actors and artists are very much related to the light developed in the scenarios where they perform their work since they are driven a lot towards the emotions part.
The visual light is we can see it daily through the window, which we enjoy when we go for a walk to the beach to the field etc.
The light in the biological part has affected human beings too much, since nowadays once this type of light has been invented, the man in the Industrial part, I create 2 shifts of work the morning and the night situation that has affected very much to human beings. Since the body is programmed at night to fulfill its with its 8 hours of dreams. and for fulfilling the development of work activities, it does not carry them out at the right times, resulting in situations that affect their health in the long run.
Researchers came to the conclusion that everything depends on the type of lighting that is handled in any area of work can improve the performance in humans, without affecting their health.
Example of this if it is a footwear manufacturing company the type of light that should be handled is a light LED, this light will allow better quality of vision to the workers, they will develop their work in an excellent way and will not affect their health.
If the light is not adequate, the results obtained will not be what is desired, both by the employer and by the employee.
From my point of view, there is no better light than natural light. Blessed and wonderful light that God gave us, the great source of energy that allows us to awaken and enjoy its wonderful brightness.
