This is another of the amazing things that the world has to offer, it is about the bloody baths, located in Beppu and known in Japan with the name of Hell of Japan, they comprise a total of 9 natural hot springs in which we can swim peacefully
It receives the name of bloody baths, because they have a reddish color that attracts attention, but this color is given by the high amount of iron contained in these hot waters. These thermal baths receive thousands of tourists every year who come to the place to enjoy the health benefits of these waters.
Already from the 8th century, the local people knew about the properties of these thermal waters, so much so that the Yoriyasu Samurai took the wounded soldiers during the wars against the Mongols.
Today, these bloody thermal waters are attributed to the power to heal some ailments and discomforts of many sick people who come to the place with the aim of healing and finding the definitive cure, they arrive with great faith and hope, but once there they also they are surprised to see these hot springs of blood.
