I was also really excited to discover that steemit-Panda-Owl was mentionned and to receive your generous donation/reward without expecting it, I'll share the reward with Kata. I really hope that the rewards will grow bigger, this is what I could do for now but the amount has nothing to do with the value of the work :)

Your message and support to our project and to the community are already a wonderful present! from the start I wanted to make this account a collaboration, no one official in charge and all the posts , contests to be the result of feedback and suggestions, so I can't wait to start those planning and brainstorming sessions

Yes, there is definitely a lot of power in working together. There are so much great talents and so much to do to enable everyone to access them. Cooperation in network learning and talent management are keys for sustainability and prosperity of the community an their participants. Challenges and opportunities are in front of us to make accessible what can seems to be. =)
Just finished work and also a meeting with one of the steemit-austria organizer. We plan to develop some future steemit-fests, steemit-days and a steemit-camp it seems, I am looking forward to organize that together. =)
