Cloud on earth
Some people have clouds to show.
I can only show you one big cloud. That is what fog is. A cloud not up in the sky but hanging low above the ground. As I woke up there was nearly fog. This is how it looks at noon.
I like this church but never been in there.
This small village have two churches as far as I know. This one is the biggest. I have no idea if it is still used. At night there are lamps brighten it up. It looks like a beacon on land I stead of sea.
This is the road that leads to it.
In about 2 km or so I will be at the bus stop. The gas station in this village is about 5-7 cents cheaper as with us.
I need to drive longer distances to get somewhere but save time to do as much as possible on one day. I only shop if necessary and preferable once a month.

Today the sky is grey.
Not one cloud can be seen. At first, if this period starts again in Autumn, it is depressing. We have no sun and the days are short. We wake up when it is dark and soon it will be dark at 3 pm.
The Christmas holidays are our break. These days/weeks we stay home and mainly stay inside. It is better as the never ending rain. One day the sun will shine here again.

I liked walking on the beach in a heavy fog. It's like you are alone in the world when you can't see very far around you, but you can still hear the surf...
I always have that with windy weather. To me that is beach weather. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. 💕

Me parece muy bonita tu niebla. Esa iglesia se parece a las medievales. Tiene que ser bien antigua. Bonitas fotos. Deberías entrar a ella y tomar fotos para una publicación.
@gertu No tengo idea si está permitido entrar. Las iglesias rara vez están abiertas en estos días.

Nice first picture.
Many villages in Central Europe have 2 churches. One catholic, the other, protestant (calvinist, lutheranist etc.).
@deathcross I guess each religion it's own church. 🤔
It is very interesting how the fog seems to envelope just the church and the scenery makes the church look very peaceful but eerie at the same time.

@marblely The fog was on the road too but for some reason it is not shown. Perhaps because the church is further away? I zoomed in as much as possible and stopped on the road 🤫
I love the picture of the church. I feel the calmness of the surrounding area. We have no fog like that here but in the other region of Saudi Arabia, they have it. What we have here always a sandstorm for 3 months that will make the city almost zero visibility @wakeupkitty.
@olivia08 I wonder what that looks like but also how much sand you find in everything.
My God,talking about sand, half sack everyday for one to three months.just inside the house.
@olivia08 I feel your pain. Sand goes everywhere. I have it as mud. Shoes at the door, dirty clothes in the hallway but still... if flies everywhere if it is dry. ❤️
When I slept at night sometime I could not breath, sand get inside our nose.
@olivia08 That is what I have with sand and dust too. If I need to heat the house it starts floating and makes breathing and the allergies worse.
