I intended to write a letter to Santa but I have doubts he receives it.
Today I continued my chat with @fucho80 about @hope.venezuela.
As I started for the second time here some people gave me a hand. One of them was @crypto.piotr and thanks to him we met.
It was thanks to him and some others too I could post after HF20 (or was it 21?) again.
So many HFs and by now it is clear to most of us which way this "new steem" is going. It is the place for investors not for little fish or minnows.
If you expect to make a huge income here you can forget about it. Soon authors will no longer be rewarded.
Steemfest or not ...
You have no voice unless you are a big, fat fish or whale (a whale is not a fish). The price of a ticket already showed it.
Steemfest was so far not informative for little fish, nothing new and the posts about it were not what I expected to see. I heard how great it was, saw photos of food I much more food, people met other Steemians live and shared cabs and they partied and some are still recovering from the trip.
This party was for sure a good maneuver and a way to distract users of this platform from what is going on for real.
The strange calculation (no way there is a 50-50 share author-curator) for example. The steem team never answers your questions. The site is as fake as the newsletter that only makes us believe "this is the best experience of our life". If it comes to that they practice exactly the same propaganda as governments, media and friends facebook does.
Is Steem the future, modern?
- It is a platform let down by its founders.
- A place where a few people stimulate others and work hard to make a social platform out of it.
- The place where you get punished for helping others by an angry, rich downvoter.
- The place where one rich spammer who claims to be a Christian is too greedy to give 1 Steem to people in need! You like to know why? Because heaven will fill their stomachs.
- It is hard to understand how it works.
- It is mobile phone users unfriendly.
And while you read this or just scroll down after your meal or while you have your coffee, beer, potato chips or cigarette and search for a way to increase your income I read the answer @fucho80 wrote me.
So far I have received 20 steem in the account, with those 20 we can buy here 2 kilos of rice and 1 kilogram of cornmeal for arepas, the arepas are a kind of cake that is eaten here for breakfast and dinner commonly.
To give a family a market ration to help them we need between approximately 100 and 150 steem, with this we could buy, Rice, flour, spaghetti, salt, and some other livelihoods, not in large quantities but in some way we can help.
To give you an idea, 100 steem is equivalent to approximately 500,000 bolivares which is our local currency, 1 kilo of spaghetti is priced at 54,000 bolivares, the kilo of flour costs 44,000, the 30,000 rice to which we add cheese the 80,000 kilos, 75,000 meat, 45,000 sugar, without soap, toilet paper or personal care products.
If we buy one of each item mentioned, it has a cost of 328,000, if we multiply it by 2 it exceeds the value of 100 steem.
We have had the joy of being able to deliver up to 5 or 6 items per family although sometimes essential items such as meat or cheese are missing.
Thank you for showing interest, I hope you can understand my explanation, otherwise you can keep asking.

100 Steem is about 10 euro/dollar. I can eat from it for one week with my children. We do not smoke, drink, eat potato chips, seldom eat meat. We do not go to the hairdresser, go out, give (big) parties, repair what is broke and... share.
I ask you to give me 1 Steem.
I even say PLEASE!
1 Steem is 10 cents! Some of you find it outside on the street, earn it if you drink half a cup of coffee less.
I refuse to believe that you Steemians can not miss that amount. If I can give and even give away a lot of Steem to others via contests, transferring it must be possible for you too.
Help some people to breathe a bit lighter in the next weeks. They are in a situation they did not ask for. It was not by their own free choice they choose to live in misery.
10 cents is the ribbon or wrapping paper around 1 Christmas present!
Think about it please and show the greatness of this platform for once.

I wrote days, while traveling, on #31sentences hosted by @tristancarax and "The Lyric and Poetry Contest" hosted by @felixgarciap and once back home I made a mess out of it.
What I missed was the sentence order given at #31sentences. Mainly because the post is hard to read for me on my mobile phone.
Still, I am proud of this piece and do not see it as a failure. I love it. 😍

How I write?
I start with one word and from one word comes another. It seems that the vocabulary of many outsides on the street is not very developed and original these days if you pass by. Perhaps it is a good idea to start washing mouths with soap again.
I started with kids being bullied, next to a group bullying, I used the life story of a friend, situations that happened for real which I heard from clients and if you listen to the same music as I you will recognize some sentences (lyrics of songs). And like my youngest says but no one so far noticed is in the end always someone dies.
I posted it on WordPress first and discovered it was no longer possible to upload a photo. The answer why was not given as I used the app but shown as I tried it via the site. For some reason, some photos are seen as not capable/wrong extension. I think this is the reason too why only esteem never shows a photo from pixabay. At least I hope that is the reason.

For some reason, I feel out of breath for a few days. I tried to call the doctor for the blood test results he did not answer the phone so I said I would call back later or tomorrow. I heard a beep and assume it is the voicemail option.

I thought using the tag means you post on that tribe. Today I saw a strange message from marlians. I noticed some use !marlians but I did not.
I called the doctor again and my blood results are fine except for one that result is lost! It is the ECT test...

It is not optimistic indeed.
I started a dpoll and I think the answers given are clear. Most are here for the high income promised, many left, a group is lazy and likes free giveaways but not writing, most people say they give enough if they give you an upvote and they power up.
After the latest HF a lot changed.
They say the share author - curator is 50-50% but that is not true.
If you earn less as 20 steem for your post you are considered by new steem as a bad author and write bad content + you get less as the 50% promised!
If you make 20 Steem or more you get more.
The most loyal Steemians those who invest daily, are downvoted and hardly earn. Many left.
This is not really a social platform no matter how hard some of us try to engage, comment, reward with contests and use the commentcoin.
