Saludos a toda la comunidad de #CCC que semana tras semana, visita, comenta y participa en este concurso de los miércoles, alojado por @freedomshift.

Estuve de visita a la casa de mi sobrina. Ella es una embarazada de alto riesgo. En mi país, esto sucede cuando la mujer embarazada, es mayor de los 40 años, tiene muchos años sin tener hijos y además presenta durante su embarazo, algunas manifestaciones en su cuerpo, que comprometen la vitalidad del bebé.

Ahora tiene una fecha aproximada de 27 a 28 semanas de gestación y está teniendo problemas con las contracciones uterinas dolorosas y además comenzó a sangrar copiosamente, sin causa aparente.

Está siendo atendida en su casa, por personal capacitado. Debido a las pocas semanas de gestación, el bebé aun no madura su parte respiratoria. En este caso, la conducta médica es hacer una maduración química en forma profiláctica. Esto se realiza colocando medicamentos a la madre, por la vía endovenosa. Para tratar de madurar los pulmones del bebé. En caso tal, que no disminuyan las contracciones y el sangrado no se logre controlar, y se ponga en riesgo la vida del bebé. Es entonces, cuando a pesar de las pocas semanas de gestación, se deba interrumpir el mismo.

Hoy en mi visita, pude informarme que el sangrado, se detuvo. Las contracciones son menos frecuentes. La mamá esta un poco aprehensiva, por su situación. Debe tener un reposo absoluto. Nada de pararse a realizar ninguna tarea. Y eso para una persona activa, es muy preocupante.

Confío en Dios que el tratamiento médico, sea efectivo. Que se detenga todo proceso nocivo. Y la bebé pueda venir a este mundo, en forma saludable, en el tiempo preciso para su total desarrollo natural. En donde es muy esperada, por todos sus seres más queridos.
