Cat breeding is a wonderful journey that many come to pick up after much research and interest. A breeders best friend along this timeline is continuous networking and knowledge building.

The best of breeders will be prepared for all possible scenarios and make the conscious decision to ask for help from either other breeders or medical professionals when its required. After months of preparation, the queen will have now given birth and the next few weeks will see the initial growth of the new litter.

A typical litter is expected to be of great health condition and signs of activity and energy will be present. If this is the case, no direct intervention from the breeder will be necessary over the next couple of weeks.
