---- Greddy Profec OLED Electronic Boost Controller ----
After my initial tune of my Nissan Stagea there were some problems to iron out. The Stag was spluttering top end and it was affecting the power curve and boost was erratic. After consulting with my Tuner, Mark from Unigroup, it was narrowed down to either boost controller (HKS EVC1) or Coil packs (Yellowjackets). I wasn’t about to play it by halves and bought both a set of Splitfire coilpacks and the Greddy Profec OLED Electronic Boost Controller.

Unboxing The Greddy Profec OLED Electronic Boost Controller
After dropping in the Splitfire coilpacks the issue seemed to be fixed but I wants about to let the Greddy Profec OLED Electronic Boost Controller go to waste. After unboxing the work started happening. All in all it was about 1 hour to hook the unit up.

However, pulling the car apart to mount the unit in place and run the wires to the position was quite another matter. All in all it was about 3-4 hours to get the unit just how I wanted it.

The unit itself looks the goods with a blue light up screen and an easy to use interface. Boost levels are effectively kept in check and there is even warning beep if set boost is exceeded. Under load boost levels are easy to see on the display and peak boost levels are flashed up for 3 seconds post loading. All in all im quite happy with the unit and how it performs, it is a great addition to the car and the in cab driving experience.
That unit looks great, I have a Profec B spec 2 in my RX. Still haven’t really got it dialed in correctly.
What settings can you change on this one?
the unit has hella settings, you can do boost in psi or bar, has 3 methods of display, has over boost warning plus retard mode once over boost, boost recall flash post peak, hi low boost settings, gain for both high and low boost.... list goes on, lol. waaaayyyy too much features for a simple guy like me , lol. i dont mess with it much to be honest but its a good unit for sure. I switch it off to run 10psi (gate pressure) low is 16psi and high is 22psi. plenty of wank factor in this unit, lol
Sounds similar feature wise to mine, display is easier to read though! I don't think mine has retard mode for over boost.
im sure there is heaps i have missed, like i said im a simple man that just wants to control my boost levels..... the rest is just bonus, lol
Good job!... looks great.
thanks took a while to set up, but definitely worth it
