Yes, they're a joke. I knew they were before she took the job but hearing about it first hand makes us wonder how in the world the county even stays in operation. lol.
Yes, I wonder the same thing here all the time. Here we are trying to make ends meet, plan ahead and bring it all together whilst the government throw cash around as if it grows on trees.
