INCREASING POWER!!! - DIY Water/Methanol Kit - Sketches & Musings

Hello Folks,

For those of you who have been following my plans to design and build a cheap and stealthy water/methanol injection kit (SH2OMI) for my little Skoda Fabia; I thought I would share a few of my doodlings from my sketch book. PLEASE NOTE: None of these pictures show the definitive and finalized design as yet but will give you guys a heads-up as to my thinking on the project options and direction.

A potential series & parallel schematic of the electrical circuit.

Taking water (& methanol) feed from the windscreen washer pipe (inserting check valve & T connector between factory fitted connectors) with the aid of the specialist 'VW Washer Pipe Repair Kit' connectors. The check valve (rectangle with left pointing arrow in it) will prevent sucking in atmospheric air via the washer jet nozzles.

A slightly different version requiring two check valves but not the expensive VW Repair kit as the connections are made beyond the corrugated pipe work and utilizing a small section of the factory fit smooth pipe work. To be honest though, for ease and durability I think I'll probably go the 'vw washer pipe repair kit' route [above].
