On and off. As a woman I'm also dealing with the cravings that come with the menstrual cycle so it's really hard to say. I do have more energy and slight amounts less pain but I'm not even coming from a low carb diet, lol, so i've got a lot of work to do.

Lol I know the feeling ... months ago I tried a kept diet .... omg ... I felt like a flake ... I was so forgetful and tired alllllll the time initially.
