Canadian government is "legalizing" warrantless search & seizure
Squadrons of new "cannabis enforcement officers" will be able to enter illegal growers or sellers without a warrant. They can also seize illegal cannabis or records without a warrant.
These CEOs get to enter illegal grows without a warrant. But remember, they also get to enter LEGAL grows without a warrant (surprise inspections). What this means is they can now enter ANY grow, or suspected grow, whenever they want. These guys have power.
And it's not just grows. Outdoor gardens, even if fenced off, are fair game. Same with dispensaries. They're comin' in, and they're checking everything you have for anything they didn't sell you, any edibles or concentrates, anything with branding (logos, colour, etc), making sure you don't have more than a couple ounces, etc. Up to 19 years in prison for certain offenses!
If a CEO smells weed, they can search your pockets, your bag, your vehicle, your structure, whatever you've got. If they believe you are "intoxicated from cannabis" in public or behind the wheel, they can take your blood!
They can even take your records (computers, phones, cameras, usb drives, paperwork, etc) if they think you've grown or sold cannabis "illegally".
Legalize, or legal lies?
This is the "legalization" I've been warning about since 2012, here on social media, and on the streets of downtown Vancouver.
The criminals running the government of Canada are outlawing the peaceful free market that has existed for decades, and replacing it with nothing less than fascism, complete with government and corporations working together, heavy market controls, perpetual war, and police state. A legalized corporate takeover of an entire industry - and culture.
The Cannabis Act (Bill C45) and the provincial "legalization" laws are fundamentally unconstitutional but being pushed through anyway. Promising safety, like the Patriot Act, C45 instead robs us of the civil liberties granted by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms (1982) - and goes against our sensibilities as free people.
C45 ushers in a new era of tyranny for Canadians.
The deep state has never had as much power in Canada as it does today, and the powers involved plan to take it to the next level sometime around September.

Some do more than laugh - some believe it's the enemy. Some are very misguided.
Canada has been mainly disarmed, and we aren't better off because of it.
You can't own a gun and be a commercial grower in America. If you get busted as a grower its an extra charge if you have even a legal gun.
Terrible discrimination against cannabis users. We're one of the last groups the mainstream is allowed to abuse.
