Simple Reciple for Hash Oil-Infused Coconut Oil (quick and simple)

I cannot stress how much easier it is to work with hash oil over plant matter when making edibles. There is absolutely no straining the material required.
I also do not condone breaking any laws or putting you or anyone else in harm's way from ingesting cannabis. Cannabis is psychoactive in humans and animals. It can impair your ability to function. Please be safe when using cannabis.
Breakdown (I will break this all down in further detail, don't worry):
-Decarboxylate your hash oil. This is the process by which the THCA in the hash is converted into THC, which is psychoactive when ingested.
-Infuse the psychoactive hash oil into coconut oil, sit, and enjoy.

I use a q/oz hash oil and slightly less than 2 cups of coconut oil. I aim to get 2 cups of cannabis-infused coconut oil when all is said and done.
Decarboxylation can be tricky, but is crucial to making potent edibles. I could never get it down with buds. Luckily, decarboxylating hash oil is a very simple process. Many people skip this first step and go straight to infusing the non-psychoactive hash oil into their oil or fat of choice, which doesn't yield a strong product. I will explain why later. Before decarboxylating, though, make sure you freeze your hash oil so that it's easy to work with and get a pot of water boiling on high as well as a mason jar. To avoid shattering the glass I recommend using a pot big enough to allow the jar to float without making contact with the surface of the pot. Even when the glass touches, I have never had it crack on me, but you never know. Measure out your coconut oil. Again, I am using a q/oz hash oil and slightly under 2 cups coconut oil. Allow the oil to heat up in the jar while you begin decarboxylating your hash oil. You are going to need a metal ladle or some similar pot with a handle and you are going to need a source of heat, preferably from a stove-top or a propane torch. I prefer to use a metal, handheld propane torch, outside of a confined space, as to allow the gasses to evaporate and not build up inside of my house. I used a small metal dish with a handle. Put your hash oil in your ladle and begin to heat it. If too much heat is applied you will see it begin to vaporize or even smoke. This is destroying the product. You don't want to see it vaporize, but you will want to see it bubble. This requires me to sit down and hold the dish about a foot above the torch. I also keep the torch on low. You want to let it bubble until it doesn't bubble anymore. The temperature required to make the oil bubble is very close to the temperature that will result in vaporizing or burning the hash oil. Focusing on not destroying your oil is important. The more hash oil you use, the longer this process takes. It took me about 45 mins with a q/oz of hash oil. You will know it is decarboxylated fully when it doesn't bubble, but vapor will still be present when too much heat is applied. Losing a little of the hash oil is worth knowing it is fully decarcboxylated, to me. When people skip this step, they often fail to convert the THCA in the cannabis to THC, and their edibles do not turn out as strong.
Believe it or not, most of the magic has already happened at this point. Now all that is required is removing your mason jar from the pot with tongs, opening it (I use a rag as the jar is in boiling water and very hot) and mixing the hash oil into the mason jar with the coconut oil. When hash oil is hot enough, it will melt to a liquid that is easy to pour without staining or sticking to your ladle or other metal dish. Seal the jar tight and submerge it in the water again. You want the heat on high. I do this for roughly 45 minutes, just to make sure everything breaks down fully. When done and cooled off, I use an eye dropper to fill the oil in empty capsules. *note- coconut oil is sometimes a solid at room temperature and might need to be warmed to a liquid if putting into gelatin or vegetarian capsules. One size 00 capsule gives me a noticeable body high and thought stimulation. More than one can really be an experience for sure! I'm not sure exactly how many capsules two cups will yield but I can assure that it is over one hundred. It is an efficient use of the cannabis concentrates that are on the market today and yields a potent effect. The oil can also be used for cooking, but make sure it doesn't get too hot because the active THC can be destroyed with heat!
