Uber And Lyft Have Promo Codes For Cannabis Legalization Day
Everyone's got to get a piece of the action. I'm assuming that anyone can use these codes, not just people who are "too high to drive" because there's no guarantee they'll even be all that many of those. What about people at the bar? Are they eligible, or is that the wrong drug this time?
Right now, almost all of the news about legalization in Canada, and it makes sense. It's a pretty big deal, and the US pretty much completely dropped the ball on it.
Uber and Lyft are both giving users promo codes to use on Oct. 17 for discounts on rides so people are discouraged from driving while high.
Probably just a publicity stunt building on the fear people already seem to have about stoned mayhem on the freeway.
