You haven't considered the fact that after a serial plagiarist gets caught several times by a voluntary security group that they will probably have downvoted them to the point they have the minimum rights to post, ie, 1 transaction per day, and limit restrictions on transfer quantities, and all the other things that constitute "Calibrae Jail"
You should inform yourself better about what is planned before you make uninformed comments.

He has been basically trolling, as far as I'm concerned. I decided that I had enough of it now.
Yeah. I reacted a bit strongly but I have a low tolerance for dumb. It's my weakness.
I'm pretty tolerant of it but I can only take so much before it is plain the person is just trolling. Some people do this because they are just space cadets with ADD but when the tone is very harsh and repetitive, it can't be ADD so that's the point at which I decide.
I have the patience of a saint when it comes to training and teaching, especially if I am being paid. But I think any teacher would rather not take the money, all else being equal, if the student is being contrary to amuse themselves. Whether it's teaching or simply discussing something that the subject simply does not know that much about. At a certain point with that guy, it became obvious he wasn't interested in reading about it, just telling me his opinion about whatever I said last, usually out of context.
I went and looked at his blog and evidently he has NO idea what a block chain is. or why. or how.
It is true that I am not fully informed about what is being planned, but what is being planned is wrong.
In such a case (given no cheetah, and your jury), why not delete that user?
Why allow it minimal rights?
