RE: NOTE: New information changes everything. Do not vote on the other post.Announcing the Steem-based IPO of Calibrae. UPDATE: see new post that uses vote counts
It is not anywhere near ready to go online, I need to have 19 witness nodes running and a fork of condenser operational, and running on a webserver.
Consider this the IPO for Calibrae. Your interest is noted and your account name will be in the list of those whose steem login will be migrated to the new chain.
Does it mean that my old steemit account will be deleted from Steemit? Can you or I do it?
Or does it just mean that I will have my account on both platforms?
This is just a copying of your account data, as at the state of the blockchain, as it was when I stopped syncing it last night. No, I didn't plan this, I just realised today, after making a backup of the node I was syncing to do this, that it's time to call this thing properly started, and let everyone know what is going on. I have to do a lot of work on the code of both the web front end, the javascript API it depends on, and the server backend code, to rebrand, and apply the set of rule changes discussed previously, that I will further discuss and codify, as I get through the process. Hopefully I will be able to get some other people to help me with this - most of the work is actually deleting code from the codebase, and just changing brand names and token names.
So I opt in
