I'm also wondering if it gets downvoted as that whale experiment is still in effect...unless maybe this account is on the whitelist? hmmm....
I think that he falls under the amount of sp that they flag for. I know about the clock, I think he said it's either four hours or once I've used up fifteen percent of his voting power :)
