Steem's Byteball Airdrop Instructions

These are the instructions to claim your free Byteball tokens from the airdrop announced two weeks ago by @steemitblog:

1. Download and install the Byteball wallet: Download Link.
2. Inside the Byteballs wallet, go to Chat -> Bot Store -> Steem Attestation Bot. Add the bot.
3. In the bot's chat window, click on the ... icon, then Insert my address, then (send).
4. Click on the SteemConnect link in chat, and login to SteemConnect with your Steem account in order to prove it is your account.
5. When prompted, select "public" to allow users to send Byteball tokens to you using your Steem account name.
6. Click on the link in chat to "prove ownership of your address by signing a message" and then send the message.

That's it. Once you complete these steps, you should see your free tokens in the history tab.

The rewards are based on your Steem reputation score:

• Steem reputation above 30: you get a $5 reward
• Steem reputation above 40: you get a $10 reward
• Steem reputation above 50: you get a $40 reward
• Steem reputation above 60: you get a $80 reward
• Steem reputation above 70: you get a $160 reward

Rewards are paid in the form of Byteball tokens. 50% of the reward is spendable immediately after attestation. The other 50% is paid to a smart contract that can be unlocked after one year. Once this time period is reached you will be able to withdraw the remaining 50% of the reward.
