One step - B&W photo contest - Broken & Worn 1-2 entry

Sinai peninsula. For one day we took a break in diving. And they went on an off-road car to the interior of the peninsula. In the desert. Contrary to the expectations of sand there was only found places. In the rest it was a stony plain, fringed by half-ruined rocks.



In the lowland we found areas of frozen clay. Although says that it rains here once in a hundred years, but apparently the water was there. In one place next to the rocks I found fox footprints. It's hard to say when the fox went here. It could be a year ago or 10. The earth was cracked with constant heat. And it became hard as a stone. One crack passed through the footprint. Two clay slabs became a monument to one step.

Having already returned home from that trip, I found out that there was a thunderstorm in Sinai desert. Waterfalls formed in the mountains. And the streams of water flooded everything around. Of course, destroying the place where the photos were taken.
