b&w photography - kids in Cairo - entry 1 for #bwphotocontest with theme "Happiness"

This photo of a group of children in the backstreets of Cairo, close to the Giza pyramids, is an entry for the B&W Photo Contest, #bwphotocontest, by @daveks, with guest judge @countrygirl. The current theme is Happiness.
I was on my way to a local artist in the neighborhood close to the pyramids when these kids followed the small group that I was with. When I turned around, they quickly stroke a pose and I was able to take this shot.

Most people may not be aware, but the famous pyramids at the Giza plateau in Egypt are just outside the town of Cairo. We could walk over there from the house where we were staying. And turning the other direction, into the town is where this photo was taken.

and on the way back to the house where we were staying, I took a photo of the neighborhood with one of the Giza pyramids visible in the background:

In conclusion, a shot of one of the pyramids taken at the edge of Cairo where we were staying.
