YES. A lot of people don't understand this. STEEM has a potential outside of steemit. 3rd party websites are going to be popping up all using steem. The value of steem will be very high if many websites begin to use this technique. Steem is like what youtube does, but cryptographically secure.
When some libraries come out for using steem power and such, the real potential of steem will be unlocked.
