Butterfly Art'.
This work aims to explain in a simple way, as a humble caterpillar crawling through the branches of plants can transform and cross the skies, For this art we wanted to risk, merging nature and artificial looking for a balance between these two components for This way create a nice piece in sight, I invite you to accompany me in this work and see how it was done step by step.
METAMORPHOSIS
Utensils
- Paper
- pencil
- Colored pencils
- pen
- Chalk cake
- Cutter
- bougainvillea
Process
The first thing that was realized was a visualization of the possible art, ideas were collected and organized.
Then he directs me to select the perfect branch for art.
Then we began with the execution of a sketch, trying to use only soft strokes so that in this way it facilitated the deletion, if an error was made.
After finishing with the caterpillar, it began to shape the other two stages of the metamorphosis, focusing especially on the edges to later soften them.
Here in this short and small gif can be seen as little by little the drawing evolves, soft and continuous strokes are used looking for the right tonalities.
As you can see at this moment we are beginning to add the yellow pencil to the wings of the butterfly.
In this stage, we have added the orange pencil in combination with the yellow pencil and, besides that, we have drawn with a pen in the dark areas.
In this stage we are drawing, the butterfly that will later be cropped
butterfly cut, for a posterior placement
