It has been a while since I last do blogging. Normally I just do post about my actifit moments, and @share2steem and I do Dtube posting. I really like the dtube communities. When you post your post on dtube, you normally get upvotes and comments.

And when there are others who commented on your posting, normally they will upvote your comments and engaged with you.

So does having a community really help you on your growing in this steemit eco system platform? The latest initiative by @nathanmars about DTubeSnapQ is just marvelous! It has been in my mind for quite sometime. I always wanted to asked this question..... Why within your own communities, some people take things for granted?

Normally they will comment on your post, but dont upvote on your replies. Are their upvotes really worth that much? I don’t think so. Most of the steemians in the communities are just beginners, and I don’t expect much value on the upvotes, however, I think for a change, please forget your upvote comes with a value, but treat it as a thumbs up 👍🏼, just to give moral support to the communities, especially the newbies. Even some of the senior steemians are just still minnows, I strongly believe to grow the communities in your region, we need to support each other, not only by engagement, but also give them an upvote even though your upvotes worth only 0.0001 value. It doesn’t cost anything to give an upvote especially when within the communities, other who comments on your post you upvote their comments. I’ve had experience with the dtubers communtities, they upvote your comments even if it’s only a low value. Well.... at least you feel appreciated. Right?!!

Of course this’s can be a debate, that maybe they don’t think your comment does not carry any value to them.

My 2 cents

But as we grow a new communities, we must show our support to the communities we are building by engaging, upvote their post, comments and upvote, resteem their post if it is really a good post!

YES! They maybe communities upvotes from certain communities, however I think we are just being selfish not to give your full potential upvote value to the real deserving post.

So my take on this are these. Even if we have a trailing upvotes that we follow, but when some of the communities members just publish a post, and you happen to be online, and it is in your feed through Partiko or busy.org, and it happen to be a Good Content Post, why wait for communities upvotes trail when you can manually click the upvote button and show your true support?

I maybe wrong, but just be yourself and show some love for your communities and let’s not be calculative when growing the communities. Show your love and support to grow the communities.
