Fast Money's Brian Kelly Launches Blockchain ETF
As blockchain technology gains wider institutional adoption, many investors look for lucrative opportunities within the space. Reluctance or inability to purchase actual digital currencies forces investors elsewhere. Several mutual as well as exchange-traded funds designed specifically for investment within the blockchain space can provide investors with the desired exposure.
On May 16th Rex Shares and Fast Money's Brian Kelly jointly launched the REX BKCM ETF (BKC). The ETF invests solely in companies that derive revenue from blockchain technology in some way.
The fund is managed by Brian Kelly himself, who favors an active investment strategy. Kelly's investing laurels and titles are numerous. BK brings with him years of venture capital and investment experience, as well as an unrivaled and still expanding knowledge on all things blockchain, and all things cryptocurrency. BK's management and blockchain expertise makes BKC a very attractive option to interested investors.
The fund currently gives no dividend, although it does hold dividend-bearing assets, and has an expense ratio of 0.88%. It can be bought with any brokerage account, including Robinhood, which boasts no transaction fee, mobile and web interfaces, and profitable referral advantages for both parties involved.
