You need to convince others to vote for you.. the more vote you get the more you can grow.. and there is also downvote.. which does the reverse

The rewards you receive here are paid in Steem Power.. keep earning rewards from receiving votes.. or use your money and buy Steem Power from exchanges like blocktrades or binance
