Delicious Homemade "Samosas" Home Delivered
Today a friend of @ezzy's came over for a visit and brought us some homemade samosa snacks. @ezzy and I love samosa and this is normally our starter if we dine out at an Indian restaurant.
The samosa tasted so yummy, the pastry outside being light and crispy. The filling of chunky potato, green peas and spices brought tons of flavour to your mouth. I just could not stop eating until they were all gone, lol.
What a pleasant surprise and lovely snacks from @ezzy's friend. Although I have to get the recipe from him and learn how to make it myself, hehe.

I wonder getting the recipe is more difficult or all the ingredients.
Probably need some tips on where to get the spices.
Indian spices are very popular here in London so we can get them from almost everywhere including major supermarkets and independent shops. :)

The last time I had some of these was during my visit to Nepal a few years ago. Can’t quite remember the taste anymore, though 😄
