People will always be scared of change. Rightfully so too if you ask me. Change is scary. But of course it's thoughts like this that keeps us going :

pre-emptive quitting? What if... drum roll, you are wrong and if there is a change, it is good?

We've probably all done this before, and if there is something more scary than change anyway, it's the thought of making the same mistake twice.
