Upvoting Others Post Rewards You Too

Yes ! upvoting post can be profitable for you too. If you are upvoting someone post then you are helping him to grow and encouraging him to do more. Upvoting doesn't cost you real money . It cost the voting power you have which recharge itself time to time. One 100% upvote cost you nearly 2% of voting power and currently as per my reading and experience i found that our voting power recharges 20% in 24 hours so you can upvote 10 or more post with 100% power without any tension.

If you don't know that how to check your voting power than you can visit https://steemd.com/@username , replace "username" with you user name like in my case i will visit https://steemd.com/@rahulsaini . It will show you your voting power, reputation, age and many more. You can also install "Steemit More Info" extension if you are using pc. It is the best ever tool for Steemit in my opinion.

Why You Should Upvote Other Posts

The best you can get for upvoting posts is the "Curation Reward". The curation reward depends on the time of your upvote.

The more you upvote, the more are chances for high curation reward. It also depend on your voting weight. More weight, more curation reward.

Which post to upvote

Before upvote make sure it fulfill these requirement .

• Quality - Upvote good quality posts.
• Original - The article should be original and made of his/her own experience.
• Hard work - It feels that the author is doing hardwork.
• Information - The author is providing good information which helps the community.

We should upvote comments too because a user who is commenting on your post by giving their time, they should be rewarded for it. This will encourage him to comment or reply on your post again.
It can be profitable for us too because sometime whales also watch for good comments and upvote them so we may earn curation from it.

Also use your voting power wisely, don't use it for self voting always or upvoting shits ( Not Worthy Posts). Some users are taking advantage of their huge voting power and using it for self upvoting. Other side some user are taking some things personally and downvoting posts for no reason. This is not good for the community. It creates war between many users.

That's why you should always use you voting power wisely.
