I have been on BTCPOP for over a month
I have deposited and withdrawn funds with no problems
I have claim free coins from the faucet, occasionally it asks to mine to verify but I just stop it and try again later
I invested in a loan and got paid within 2 weeks as that was the duration of the loan. I only did a tiny amount to see how it worked and also because the person requesting had really good feedback and had 100% collateral
As far as I am aware if it backed by significant collateral then your money is safe as the user has to lock this up while the loan is in progress so they are unable to withdraw it
I am planning to request a loan in the coming months but want to add as much crypto on the platform to use as collateral
For any other type of loan you have to do numerous ID verifications and even then without collateral your money is not safe, therefore people are reluctant to invest in you
For me its Ideal for a passive income as you get paid daily for staking the coins so you are constantly increasing the amount you own. Hopefully the coins go up significantly some time soon which will be a bonus
Its possible to make money without any investment just by claiming from the faucet every 30mins, its not a huge amount usually equivalent to 10-20 satoshis. Occasionally I have seen it be as high as 150 satoshis worth but these are usually on the not so popular coins therefore will be hard to sell at a later date.
Btc Pop also has a chat in which the people are very responsive and is quite funny at times
Overall I have found the whole platform good and maybe worth while people having a look around it and defiantly for people that want to earn crypto for free
