After a hard work, worries of work every day, the reunion with friends at the cozy party on the weekend is very significant.

As you can see, we choose chicken as the main dish of the party.

1. Fried chicken with fish sauce

Step 1 (raw material): Rinse clean water, then rinse with salt water to dilute the odor and then you dry it, put in the microwave for a few minutes (or can boil through). Thus, when fried chicken will ripen, saves fried time.

Step 2: Put the chicken in a deep frying oil with a large fire, until the skin is crispy and yellow color picking out. Line up oil absorbent paper to reduce fat.

Step 1. Pre-processing: clean potatoes 4-5 hours with warm water. Crushed purple finely chopped, thin, fried golden. Dilute to 200 ml of warm water and squeeze the juice.

Step 2. Steamed: Peeled, dried out, mixed with 1 g of salt to steamed about 15 minutes to sticky rice, then sprinkle coconut milk slowly.

Step 3. Grilled: Take a piece of cooked steamed steam into a thin cast iron mold, then put in the oven for 30 minutes to burn the scorched to crispy golden sticky rice.

Step 4. Present: sprinkle the fried onion on the sticky surface

4. Chicken soup

When boiling porridge onions and ginger, wedge in porridge 1 tablespoon seasoned chicken, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, tasted to taste.
