Weight: 215 lbs
Daily loss: +2 lbs
Total loss: -2.8 lbs

Thoughts: I was pretty shocked at the weigh-in today, but it's clearly water retention.

No training today so I'll get to relax a bit. I'm going to increase my water intake today to see if I can flush some of this retention out for tomorrow.
