Thoughts: A bit of a jump on the scale today, although I am not at all surprised or concerned.
I had my free meal very late last night and felt very bloated when stepping on the scale this morning.
I will be expecting to weight to drop back down pretty quickly over the next couple of days.
Thankfully, I now have two days off training so I can relax a bit.
